Photography Release, Assumption of Risk, Release, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.

I have read and understand the following agreement.

I understand that interactions with animals carry inherent risks, including bites, scratches and other injurie. I recognize that even well-tempered animals may react unpredictably and that SPCA of Westchester, Inc. cannot guarantee my safety or exposure to disease including ringworm.
In consideration for being permitted to attend this event, I fully, knowingly, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release SPCA of Westchester, Inc. its board of directors, officers, staff and affiliate, its officers, agents and employees, from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses. I agree to completely follow all verbal and written instructions given by SPCA of Westchester, Inc. staff. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPCA of Westchester, Inc. from any claims arising from my actions.
Photography Release

I hereby authorize the SPCA of Westchester, Inc. to publish/post photographs taken of myself and/or minor child or children listed below for the purpose of promoting programs and services of the SPCA of Westchester, Inc.

I hereby release and hold harmless the SPCA of Westchester, Inc. from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself and for the minor child and/or children listed below associated with the images specified above. Further, I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children listed below and that I have full authority to consent and authorize use of their likenesses and names.

I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that neither I, the minor child, or minor children will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Photography Release, Assumption of Risk, Release, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.
