Free Veterinary Care
Thanks to a generous grant, Cody’s Clinic at SPCA Westchester is providing limited free wellness examinations, vaccines, and spay/neuter services to qualified dog and cat owners.
This program is for Westchester County residents only who can show proof of receipt of any of the following benefits:
• Nutritional Assistance
• Supplemental Social Security
• Disability
• Housing Assistance
• Family Assistance
• Safety Net Assistance
• Medical Assistance
Please be advised that in order to qualify your pet you must provide proof of Westchester County residency, such as a utility bill or apartment lease, and government benefits before an appointment for services can be made. Proof of benefit must be in the name of the animal’s owner.
You will receive an email regarding status of your application in two to three weeks. Failure to provide proof of benefits or Westchester County residency will delay approval of your application.
Once your application is approved for free spay/neuter or wellness exam, you will receive a questionnaire requesting detailed information about your pet. After you have submitted the questionnaire, SPCA Westchester staff will contact you to schedule an appointment for your animal at our veterinary clinic.
