Camp Critter

The SPCA hosts an annual “Camp Critter” in the summer for children ages six through twelve. Participants have fun while interacting with animals, learning about rescue, animal care, animal cruelty, and how they can make a difference in the lives of homeless animals.
At Camp Critter, your child will have lots of fun while making a difference in the lives of our rescue dogs and cats.
We will…
- Help find homes for shelter animals.
- Bake dog biscuits and make cat toys.
- Interact with puppies and kittens
- Take part in environmental and humane education projects, arts, crafts, games, and more.
Sessions are for 1 week, Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
